Class Descriptions

Tots - Children will be introduced to the sport of gymnastics. Your child will learn skills on bars, rings, balance beam, vault, floor ex and more!

1st Class Girls - Activities include Track & Field, Artistic Gymnastics (Bars, Beam, Floor Vault), National Skills Program, Games, Calisthenics, and Special Number.

2nd Class Girls - Activities include Track & Field, Rhythmic & Artistic Gymnastics (Bars, Beam, Floor Vault), National Skills Program, Calisthenics, Special Number, Pyramid, Stunting, and Marching.

Junior Girls - Activities include Volleyball, Rhythmic & Artistic Gymnastics (Bars, Beam, Floor Vault), National Skills Program, Calisthenics, Special Number, Pyramid, Stunting, and Marching.

Girls Gymnastics (Levels 3 & 4) - Admission into class by referral only; class size limited to 6. Provides focused gymnastics training for girls Level 3 and 4. Technique, skill progression and USAG routines

Women (Active) - Activities include Aerobics, Kickboxing, Dance, Strength & Conditioning, Rhythmic & Artistic Gymnastics, Volleyball, Calisthenics, Special Number, and Marching.

Senior Women - Activities include Senior Aerobics, Calisthenics, Rhythmic & Artistic Gymnastics, Special Number, Marching and other fitness level-appropriate activities.

Boys Level 2 & 3 - Provides focused gymnastics training for Boys Levels 2 & 3 (High Bar, Floor Ex, Rings, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Vault). Technique, Skill Progression and USAG routines.

Boys Level 4, 5, 6 & 7 - Provides focused gymnastics training for Boys Levels, 4, 5, 6 & 7 (High Bar, Floor Ex, Rings, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Vault). Technique, Skill Progression and USAG routines.

Volleyball - Bump! Set! Spike! This class will include volleyball drills and scrimmage games for beginners, intermediate and advanced players whether you are a recreational or competitive player. Come on down, bring a friend and enjoy a fun and social atmosphere.

Men - Activities include Strength & Conditioning, Artistic Gymnastics, Volleyball, Basketball, Calisthenics, Special Number, Pyramid, and Marching.

Co-ed Ballroom Dance: Beginners/Intermediate/Advanced - Beginners learn the basics of the Rhumba, Samba, Swing, and Tango. After the Basics course, learn more advanced moves to dance the Rhumba, Samba, Swing, and Tango.

Co-ed Tumbling & Vaulting - Advanced tumbling and vaulting.

Co-ed Rock and Roll Acrobatic Dance - This is a fast and physically demanding class originated from the Lindy Hop. The most obvious feature of rock and roll dance are its fast and furious kicks and its acrobatic elements like lifts, jumps, throws, and flips. Individuals and couples welcome.

Work Out Room - Fully equipped workout room available for your personal workout routine: free weights, elliptical machine, 4 stack, treadmills, bike and step machines.

Zumba - Move to a new beat! Party yourself into shape with this Latin-inspired, calorie burning dance fitness craze! It combines international music with addictive dance steps.

Belly Dance - This class focuses on dance style and techniques of this Middle Eastern dance. Regardless of your age and skill level, come and experience this exciting dance!

Tabor's Kitchen (Cooking Class) - Learn how to prepare a variety of international dishes in our fully equipped kitchen: from simple meals and appetizers to main courses and desserts.
